There is nothing more that I enjoy in life than being a trial attorney. Through my years at the district attorney’s office and as a solo defense attorney, I have heard and seen many things that would make most people laugh, cringe and be saddened. This secction of my blog is dedicated to the real life stories that I have experienced as a young trial attorney. In order to project my clients, some of the names and events have been altered or changed. However, the stories that follow are based on true, actual events that have happened to me in the course of the hundreds of trials that I have successfully taken to verdict.
